We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund of deposit

• 7-14 days before event: Deposit can be applied to future event within 6 months
• Less than 7 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable

For rescheduling, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. In case of severe weather or other emergencies, we work with clients to find suitable solutions.
